Licensed Massage Therapists who are professional, dependable, and interested in building a steady client base within a clinic setting.

About the role

• Clinic-based independent contractor role (Part-Time or Full-Time).
• Front desk handles booking and billing so you can focus on care.

What you’ll do

• Provide customized therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)
• Complete SOAP notes for each insurance-based session
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
• Communicate clearly with clients, front-desk, and providers as needed
• Arrive on time and maintain a consistent, reliable schedule

Requirements

Requirements (must have)

• Active Massachusetts Massage Therapy license
• Reliable transportation to North Reading
• Professional and dependable, and accountable
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client care skills
• Willingness to treat both insurance and private-pay clients
• Ability to successfully complete a CORI (background check)
• Preferred (nice to have)
• Prenatal and/or hot stone experience
• Additional modalities (cupping, myofascial, etc.)
• Prior clinic experience
   

Schedule

• Part-time
• Based in North Reading, with occasional cross-location coverage (Medford, Danvers) as needed
   

Compensation

• Split-based pay depending on session type (membership, package, insurance, etc.).
• Details will be discussed during the interview process.
