We are seeking highly trained and customer-focused Massage Therapists to provide exceptional bodywork and holistic wellness experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various massage modalities, a polished and professional demeanor, and a dedication to creating a five-star spa experience.  Full and part-time positions available.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, as well as customized body treatments tailored to guest needs.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client concerns, preferences, and contraindications.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort are maintained at all times.
• Educate guests on aftercare, wellness tips, and available spa treatments or retail products.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to deliver a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and proper inventory of products and supplies.
• Uphold the spa’s brand standards, policies, and commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License (required)
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and willingness to learn additional modalities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Polished, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (required)
