We're looking for therapists who want to practice clinical, evidence-informed bodywork in a studio built around education, personalized treatment, and helping people move better—not simply turning over appointments.

We offer competitive employee hourly pay (including turnover time) + commission on services.

At our studio you are treated as a Professional and Massage is utilized as a Therapy.

Therapists are scheduled to provide exceptional care while maintaining career longevity.

Our scheduling philosophy includes:

No more than four massage appointments per day
Approximately 30 minutes between appointments
Sufficient time for charting, room reset, and client education
Work-life balance that promotes sustainable careers

Requirements

• Licensed in the State of New Jersey
• Eager to learn new modalities and techniques
• Available 4 days/week including 1 weekend day
• Is interested in creating individualized bodywork plans for clients
